Who to contact

This website is for Hotel Classy Castle Pahalgam by Nasmu Stays, managed by Nasmu Stays. For questions about your information or a review correction, email Bookings@nasmustays.com. Please identify the page or enquiry your request concerns.

Website delivery

Loading a page sends technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and the requested address, to the hosting service. The hosting service may keep access and error logs to operate and protect the website. Avoid putting personal information in a page URL.

The enquiry planner

The planner prepares a message in your browser. It does not send the message to the hotel, save it in a website database or retain it after a page refresh. Choosing “Copy enquiry” copies the message to your clipboard; you decide where to send it.

Where a WhatsApp or email action is available, selecting it passes the prepared message to that service or your email app as a draft. Review it there before sending. Continuing to Nasmu does not automatically transfer your enquiry or guest details.

External booking and map links

Booking links take you to Nasmu Stays, and the hotel location link opens Google. Those services have their own privacy notices and booking terms. Information you submit there is handled by those services.

Embedded Google Maps

The homepage and location page include an embedded Google Map. Your browser may load it automatically as you approach that section. This connects your browser to Google, which receives information needed to provide the map under its Privacy Policy. The direct directions link remains available without loading the embedded map.

Guest reviews

Featured reviews are selected and supplied by the hotel team from its Google Business Profile. They display the reviewer name, rating and date where supplied, alongside the original wording and a source link. The cards are part of the website and do not load an external review feed or use visitor tracking. Opening a Google source link takes you to Google, which has its own privacy policy.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this website, an analytics choice will be offered. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Without that choice, no analytics tag is loaded. If enabled, Google receives page visits, technical browser information and selected booking/contact actions under its Privacy Policy. Our event payloads exclude enquiry text, names, phone numbers, email addresses, travel dates and guest counts; page URLs exclude query strings and fragments.

Your analytics choice is kept in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences to change it. Choosing Essential only blocks further analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Declining analytics does not affect booking or contacting the hotel. The separate Google Maps embed works as described above.

Stay planning popup

The popup uses the same browser-only enquiry workflow. A yes/no flag in this tab's session storage prevents repeated automatic prompts during the visit. It contains no dates, guest details or contact information. If browser storage is unavailable, the page remembers the choice in memory. Enquiry fields are cleared when you change pages or refresh.

Homepage image preference

The homepage remembers its last selected exterior image in this tab’s session storage to avoid showing the same image twice in a row. This contains an image identifier, not guest or enquiry information.
