EP: keep your dining plans open
EP is the room-only plan: breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included in that rate. This can suit a trip with early departures, meals out or an itinerary that changes each day. CP: begin with breakfast
CP is bed and breakfast. It gives you a meal at the start of the day while leaving lunch and dinner open. Check breakfast timings against any planned early departure, excursion or onward transfer. A breakfast-inclusive rate does not establish an all-day meal service or a particular menu.
MAP: breakfast and dinner

AP includes all three meals. It may fit days with more time at the hotel or a group itinerary built around shared mealtimes.
